Leah checks the custom inscription Landon put inside the ring for her... and loves it!
"Daniela and I" is something I never thought I would say continuously for the rest of my life. The reason for that is because we grew up with each other. I'll admit I'm older than her by 6 years, so I always viewed her as the little girl that tagged along with the big kids. One day we decided to go hang out with our friends and we started a group chat. One by one we all "got busy" and our chats were less and less. In the end it was Dani and I, we would still talk about our highs and lows, we were always there for each other. I once asked her where she imagined to get proposed at, "in front of city lights with a skyline", she said. I joked , "you know we live in the mountains?" So I immediately started to plan somewhere in NY, but Covid had other plans. I began to look for a spot on the blue ridge and Angels Overlook was the place I settled for. She had no idea I was planning all this either. Her sister wanted to randomly get her nails done with her and go shopping for a "family photoshoot". I told her I was going to be busy that day and wouldn't be able to make it. I had my family there, and her family there. I am extremely grateful to say that all this planning went much more smoothly than expected. With the help from Ellis Jewelers I had the confidence that she will say yes. I am happy to say that my beautiful fiancé and I will now get to tie the knot on Nov. 22,2020.
This is one of Courtney’s favorite spots... so Zach knew it would be the perfect place to propose!! Courtney loves Disney songs, so he had Disney music playing in the background. Perfect day for an awesome couple! 😍
Macy + Josiah’s Love Story (The Vanderburg’s)
Our love story began in Springfield, MO back in 2017. Josiah was in his second year at Evangel University, and Macy was in her first. During her first few days on campus, Macy and Josiah were introduced to each other. They both were taking classes, involved in campus ministries, and had mutual friends that frequently placed them in the same place at the same time.
Some flirting and banter was exchanged back and forth as we got to know each other. We spent the year going to EU events, dinner parties, sporting events, hanging out off campus, and finding out that there was a connection between the two of us. Over time, we learned how to grow together, learn together, and do life as best friends. We took time to think and pray for the person we would spend forever with, and had the clarity that we wanted nothing more than to spend the rest of our lives loving and serving each other.
In August of 2017 we became friends, on November 11, 2017 we had our first date; on February 27, 2019 we became boyfriend and girlfriend; on February 27, 2020 we got engaged; and on August 30, 2020 we exchanged vows to become husband and wife! We love our lives together now and are more than thrilled to create the future with each other. We feel blessed to be in love and honored to have each other. Cheers to forever and always!

Eugene surprised Rongelynn with a brand new engagement ring and wedding band for their 25th anniversary!!
Josh and I met in college. He was the cousin of one of my volleyball teammates! We dated for four years, and lived in 4 different places together: LA, Dallas, Seattle and Washington, DC! He proposed on September 1st, Labor Day weekend, at a vineyard in Virginia! He surprised me with all my friends and family there.
James and Sidney had been friends for 3 years and then something changed... Sidney never thought James would be able to surprise her... Well the surprise was on Sidney!! Sidney's family decided, in July, to have a big Thanksgiving Meal. Sidney's father always does the prayer, but this time he asked James if he would do the prayer before the meal. James stood up, and instead of offering a prayer, he walked over to Sidney and proposed. Yes, Sidney was surprised, and they are getting married in October 2020.
